Shipping Methods
We use UPS on most shipments. However, in some cases we use First Class US Mail

Time to Ship
Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.  Note: Non-performance warranty returns carry a 10% restocking fee. However, these shipping times are based upon the "best efforts" of our suppliers and under some situations shipping may take longer. We are not responsible for shipping times that take longer than these quoted times since shipping times are controlled by our supplier. However, the customer can cancel the order (in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy) if the customer is displeased with time required to ship.

Tracking Delivery
Products shipped via UPS can be tracked via the UPS tracking number once the product has shipped. 

A full refund will be given on an product order that is canceled prior to the product being shipped. A full refund will also be given on any product that is returned within 21 days of receipt once the product is returned. In such cases, the product must be in "like new" condition (same condition as when it was shipped) and all material sent in the shipment  including the original packing materials must be included in the return. The customer must bear the cost of shipping the product back. No refund will be given if these conditions are not met.
